This is an individual storage unit space with its own exterior door in Superior, Wis. You could have 24 hour access. It is available heated or unheated. The entrance is a 2.6 x 6.7' person door. The space measures 9.75' x 4' as you walk in. 39 sq ft total.

The price quoted is intended to be competitive, but we do consider offers. We have a base rental price and we give a 5% discount for paying electronically, a 5% discount for a five year lease. There is also an optional 5% discount for keeping the rent paid six months in advance. If you want it heated, the heating cost is extra. A first and last month, two month, deposit is required.
