After it's made, we add fresh brewed ARCO coffee espresso roast to this, to make a cappuccino smoothie. You could try adding about two 1 oz. shots of espresso for 9 oz of frozen vanilla smoothie. Frostline Vanilla Soft Serve is a lactose free dry mix that is reconstituted with tap water and frozen down in a soft serve machine. Although low in fat and cholesterol free, it provides the same creamy mouth feel and delicious taste as traditional dairy soft serve. One bag yields 90 - 4oz. servings of soft serve.
