There are three levels of service available; the Basic Silver Package, a Gold Level Service Package which includes two Non-warranty Service Calls, and a Platinum Service Package, which includes four Non-warranty Service Calls. Each of these three service packages are available with the BUNN® Tiger Models, S-2 Two Step Steam Model, the One Step Cool Froth with Internal Milk Drawer, and the One Step Cool Froth with External Milk. These service packages all include installation, water conditioning and preventive maintenance.
