Car heated or unheated storage for rent

For 7 months minimum unheated storage, the rate is $4.16 per foot per month, from front to the back. A 10-foot wide space is included.

For example: 12 ft. car = $349.44 for seven months.

If available, less than 7 months storage is $4.78 per foot per month.

For outdoor storage, the rate is 25% less than the indoor. Outdoor storage is $3.12 per foot per month. For 7 months heated storage, the rate is $5.29 per foot per month

For storage with in and out access, like a garage, the rate is $4.10 per foot per month.

To reserve a space, you may pay at time of reservation or pay a deposit. If you want to rent for seven months and pay monthly, the rate is 10% higher.
